Joe Mad is one of the few illustrators to have vastly improved since his arrival on on the scene in the mid 80s. As a next gen talent, he help define the term “American manga” and has been a fan fav ever since his X-Men days. His pencils are a wonder and a delight to study which couple Asian flare with Western harmony.

My contribution this week is this classic Wonder Woman that went ‘head to head’ against Mike Turners version back in the late 90s. No winner was officially declared but he’s definitely got my vote:
