Walt: It was great to hear you make mention of the 75th Anniversary of the beginning of the Canadian Golden Age of Comics.
It’s too bad that the other superhero commemorations of stamps and coins has probably contributed to Canada Post not accepting Ivan’s petition to commemorate this truly 100% part of Canada’s history.
Perhaps if Canada Post is still around in the next decade they will reconsider.
In the meantime it’s not to late to put out our own commemorative reprint of one of the classics from 1941 before the year end.
You know Jim that’s not a bad idea. Which do we pick? Better #1?
Better #1 is the best choice to represent the era.
Can it be done in terms of getting the rights to do it?
I have Wow #1, a worthy contender, that is a great stand alone Bell book, scanned and ready to whet the appetite of collectors also for consideration.
