The Comics Journal Archives

The Comics Journal is the longest running North American publication dedicated to the comics medium.  They recently completed a massive change to their website with a new look and new creative team.  One item that just came to my attention is TCJ Archive, a very slick in-browser reader of old issues.  It’s gold Jerry, gold!

I am pretty sure Alter Ego and Comic Buyers Guide both predate TCJ.
    Cool feature though!

I didn’t say oldest but longest running.  Alter Ego ran from 1961 to 1969 and then restarted in 1997.  Comic Buyers Guide you got me on: they started in 1971 and TCJ in 1976.  Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a demand for a monthly comics magazine anymore.
